To be able to do this, you have to find out which areas in your life you are in need of help. This requires good knowledge of who you are. Every day you have to write down what you plan to change for yourself. You can note it on your phone so this can be looked into every now and then. Believing in one's self is another aspect. When you don't believe in yourself, there's nothing you would do that would be successful. You have to motivate yourself mentally for you to experience positive changes in your life. Those who are trying to lose weight should be able to imagine themselves as slim a few months later.   

 

 

If this attitude is to be practiced daily it only means that 70 percent of your life goals have already been achieved. You need not underestimate this statement.

 

 

One other thing is to come up with strategy to use for personal development. This usually comes from the situation wherein you constantly fail because of some inefficiencies you perceived.
